Tax Exemption Form (for Manhattan residents only):

If you are a resident of Manhattan, you can apply for a parking tax exemption from the Department of Finance.  Please print it out and follow all directions on the form.

Manhattan Parking Group provides this form as a courtesy to our customers, but our office does not process these forms.  They must be sent directly to the NYC Department of Finance.
